Julie Stohr Roe not Rowe was my great Aunt and my mother was willed her oil paintings when she died in 1979. The family and friends have many of her paintings. She studied with Robert Henri and George Bellows and lived in Carmel, CA where she was a participant in the local arts and crafts club in the early nineteen hundreds.
